1. Service Overview
ApnaPOS provides tools for POS billing, sales, purchases, returns, inventory, stock alerts, barcode and invoice printing, customer and supplier records, dues, payments, income and expense tracking, reports, cloud backup, user roles, and branch or warehouse management where supported by the selected plan.
Features may vary by plan, account status, business configuration, enabled modules, and future product updates.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate business, contact, tax, and account information when registering or subscribing.
You are responsible for keeping passwords, staff accounts, permissions, and connected devices secure. Any activity performed from your account may be treated as authorized unless you report misuse promptly.
3. Trial, Plans, and Payments
ApnaPOS may offer a free trial for eligible users. Trial access may end automatically after the trial period or when a paid plan starts.
Paid plans are billed according to the selected yearly subscription and published pricing. Access to paid features may be paused, limited, or cancelled if payment is pending, reversed, disputed, or expired.
Taxes, payment-gateway fees, bank charges, and currency conversion charges may apply depending on the payment method and location.
4. Business Data and User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of products, prices, stock quantities, invoices, purchases, customer details, supplier details, tax settings, reports, and any other records entered into ApnaPOS.
ApnaPOS helps organize and calculate business information, but you remain responsible for verifying records, complying with accounting rules, maintaining legal invoices, and meeting local tax obligations.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use ApnaPOS only for lawful business activity. You must not use the platform for fraud, illegal goods or services, unauthorized access, malware, spam, abuse, or activity that disrupts the service for other users.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that create security risk, payment risk, legal risk, or service abuse.
6. Cloud Backup and Availability
ApnaPOS is designed as a cloud-based service with backup and reliability practices, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Maintenance, hosting issues, network problems, third-party gateway outages, domain or DNS issues, or emergency security work may temporarily affect access.
7. Support
Support is provided according to your plan and operational availability. You can contact ApnaPOS support at +93144916432.
Support may request account, business, device, invoice, or error details to diagnose billing, inventory, login, report, or payment issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
ApnaPOS is provided as a business software tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, incorrect data entered by users, business interruption, tax filing mistakes, payment-provider failures, internet outages, or third-party service problems.
Your responsibility includes reviewing reports, keeping business records accurate, and maintaining appropriate operational backups or exports where needed.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms when ApnaPOS features, pricing, policies, legal requirements, or security practices change. Continued use of ApnaPOS after updates means you accept the revised terms.
